2 cups OLD SCHOOL BRAND Self-Rising Corn Meal
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease pan well and heat in oven while mixing batter. Mix together corn meal and sugar. Beat milk and eggs together and add to dry ingredients. Add shortening. Pour into hot pan and bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
