BUTTERMILK PANCAKES
1 bag Buttermilk Pancake Mix
2 cups buttermilk or milk
2 eggs
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preheat skillet or griddle to medium heat. In a medium bowl, combine pancake mix, buttermilk, eggs, and oil together. Mix well. Pour on preheated greased skillet, 1/3 cup at a time. Turn once when bubbles appear. Yield: 10 – 12 pancakes.

1 bag Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1 2/3 cups buttermilk or milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter or oil
In a medium bowl, combine pancake mix, buttermilk, eggs, and oil together. Mix well. Pour on preheated waffle maker. Follow waffle maker instructions for cooking. Yield: 6 – 6″ waffles.
